Arizona signs into law two Gen Justice reforms
This month, two common-sense initiatives received the unanimous support of the Arizona Legislature and were signed into law by Governor Doug Ducey. Sponsored by Senator Nancy Barto, Senate Bills 1076 and 1307 will improve oversight of the Department of Child Safety and insight into the Department’s decision-making.
